As one of our Client support team you will be responsible for assisting both members and potential advertisers to the site.

Hours of Work
9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Requirements
The role requires the following:
1. Ability to plan and prioritize telephone activities including the generation of new advertising leads
2. Conduct telephone calls to new advertisers and develop relationships leading to sales.
3. Ability to communicate effectively using email and telephone calls to explain the service to new and existing clients.
4. Maintain a professional approach in particular the ability to communicate to those operating online businesses.
5. Plan and manage follow up call to new and existing clients.
6. Respond to online advertising enquiries
Salary
A monthly salary plus bonuses 28 -31k depending upon experience plus generous bonus packages
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and be able to communicate clearly . Ideally the candidate will have experience in customer service and be familiar with sales for online business.
It would be to your advantage if you are Internet savvy and able to relate to owners of websites.
