Job Overview:
We are seeking an admin assistant, who will be playing a crucial role in the smooth running of the business. Primary duties include:
- Carry out general administrative and clerical duties.
- Handle incoming emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry, maintain databases, and assist in preparing routine reports.
- Support document preparation, including formatting letters, reports, and internal communications.
Qualifications and Experience for Admin Clerk:
- Previous admin / clerical experience is required
- Attention to detail
- IT skills, especially MS Office
