Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service representative to provide exceptional support to our clients via digital channels. This role involves engaging with customers through live chat, email, and social media platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry systems.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer experience and sales.
  • Analyse customer feedback and communication patterns to suggest improvements in service processes.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times.

Skills
